SYARIKAT RAHMAN BROTHERS
CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD was incorporated on 30 April 1992. It is registered as a
License B Contractor and is the construction arm of the KRB Group of Companies.
It is now servicing another
KRB company, the SRB Perumahan Sdn Bhd. SRBC has completed building 207 units of
terrace houses in Taman Desa Orkid in 2002 in Senawang and is now completing
the building of 100 units of double-storey link houses at Phase II of the same
scheme. Senawang is a new growth area just outside Seremban and very popular among
middle income groups. This project would be fully completed by October 2006.
SRBC has full team of
professionals stationed at its site office in Senawang itself, headed by Ir
Huzairi Fahmi b Hj Johari.
SRBC
would be embarking on a new 18-storey high-rise office-cum-apartment service
complex soon in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. This project is owned by SAHOCA (Sultan
Abdul Hamid College Old boys Association, KL). This project has been approved
by the local authorities and work would start later this year. In the pipeline
too is a small 5-acre house-building project in Senawang that is awaiting
building plans approval from the Seremban Municipal Council.
SRBC
has another development project in its five-year plan, a new 200 acres of new
land in Temiang, just outside Seremban proposed to be for housing, training
schools and shopping complexes.
